What's the X-treme Geek Affiliate Program? How does it work? |

It's a revenue sharing program where the affiliate (you) brings shoppers to the X-treme Geek website in exchange for referral commissions. When a visitor to your site clicks on the affiliate link to our site and completes a purchase, you get a commission on every item they buy. We work with Google Affiliate Network for tracking, reporting and payment of our affiliate program. |

Your application is reviewed within one business day and we'll send your approval status by email. Once you're approved, log on to the Affiliate Management Console at Google Affiliate Network to get our banners and links. The HTML code is already written for you--just copy and paste it into your site and start making money! |

Who can participate? |

Just about anybody. There are some basic requirements--your site must be up and running (not "under construction") and all links, banners and pages should function correctly. |

Whether you publish a blog, commercial site, or anything in between, you're welcome to apply. You can place a banner ad or text link on your site; or if you publish a blog or article website, you can write an article about an X-treme Geek product and link to the product on x-tremegeek.com. |

We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate membership in the program for any reason. |

Does it cost anything to participate? |
| |
Nope! As long as you are an active affiliate, all you need to do is keep linking and collect your commissions. |

4. |
I own several websites. Can I register all of them as X-treme Geek Affiliates? |
| |
Absolutely, as long as they are different websites and not multiple URLs of the same site. Once you are accepted and receive your account information, you can register multiple URLs and track the performance of each website separately. |

How are sales tracked from my site? |
| |
Once your application is accepted, we'll give you a unique affiliate ID and access to custom-formatted links to ensure that traffic coming from your site is properly tracked. We maintain a 30-day cookie, meaning that if a visitor clicks on a link from your site, you are credited with the sale as long as the visitor purchases within 30 days. |

How much can I earn? How and when do I get paid? |

The base commission rate is 5%, with the potential to earn up to 9% based on performance. Checks are sent directly from Google Affiliate Network 30 days after the end of each month when your commissions reach a minimum of $50. |

Where do I get the banners and links? |
| |
Once you're approved, log on to the Affiliate Management Console at Google Affiliate Network to get our banners and links. The HTML code is already written for you--just copy and paste it into your site and start making money! |

Can I use content from x-tremegeek.com on my site? |

Yes, you can use logos, graphics, photos and product descriptions as long as they conform to the X-treme Geek Affiliate Agreement and don't abuse the X-treme Geek brand. |

How often can I change the banners, graphics, and promotional copy on my Web site? |
| |
As often as you'd like! Refreshing your site's content builds credibility and encourages visitors to return to your site. We'll update the X-treme Geek Affiliate Program banners and links periodically, and you'll be informed by Google Affiliate Network when they are available. |
